Tenant Benefits

All tenants of the Virginia BioTechnology Research Park are entitled to an extensive list of benefits and services, both through the Park and in cooperation with VCU. These include:

  • Listing with links on Park’s website
  • Access to Park’s website and calendar of events for programs and activities in and around the Virginia BioTechnology Research Park.
  • Posting of job openings and other notices on the Park’s website.
  • Distribution of Park’s internal and external newsletter to all Park and tenant company employees.
  • Email invitations and notices for special events to all Park and tenant company employees.

  • Cooperative agreements for use of VCU facilities, resources, or equipment can be made on a case-by-case basis either through Park staff, or by using the VCU Card. In some cases, regular fees apply at the time of sign up with the appropriate department or entity. Examples include:
