Meadowville Technology Park
Meadowville Technology Park (MTP) has capacity for approximately two million square feet of offices, laboratories and manufacturing facilities, and is appropriate for larger biotechnology, pharmaceutical and life sciences companies. The Master Plan for MTP has designated 325 acres within the overall 1,300-acre Park for life science companies. Current major tenants at MTP include Northrop Grumman Information Technologies. Meadowville Landing is a new 355-acre waterfront community with a variety of housing styles and amenities, including a town center with convenience retail.
