Features: Three-story office building, occupied by the VCU Health Systems and MCV Physicians. BioTech Three and BioTech Four were originally constructed for, and owned by, the Virginia Educational Loan Authority, prior to planning of the Virginia BioTechnology Research Park. When VELA was disbanded as a state entity in 1996, they were acquired for future use in accordance with the Master Plan of the Biotech Park. BioTech Four was demolished in 2006 to make way for the new BioTech Eight laboratory and office building.
