The Research Park is an ideal location for small or large companies and their employees who benefit by being part of a community dedicated to the life sciences.

The Virginia BioTechnology Research Park is located on 34 acres adjacent to the VCU Medical Center in Richmond. Currently, the Park consists of nine buildings, totaling over 1.1 million square feet of research and office space. In addition, there are sites available for future buildings within the master-planned boundaries of the Research Park that will be able to accommodate between 300,000 – 500,000 additional square feet of space.
