Entrepreneurial Luncheon Series
Each month the VBDC clients have access to educational luncheons, hosted by the Virginia Biotechnology Association, focused on a range of topics of interest to bioscience entrepreneurs. Luncheons feature guest speakers and subject matter experts drawn from the VBDC’s sponsors and throughout the regional business community. Examples of luncheon topics include the annual “Global BioTechnology Report,” presented each year by Ernst & Young; “Raising Capital for BioTechnology Businesses,” and “Protection of Intellectual Property for Life Science Companies.” Luncheons are catered by area restaurants, and are free to companies that are members of the VBDC. There is a $15 fee for guests and non-members.
